SHIPPING + RETURNS
We do our best to ship all items within 7 business days of your order being placed. That being said, we are a tiny team and occasionally longer ship times happen, so please be patient with us! Ship times for made to order / pre-order pieces will be noted in individual product descriptions. If you need an item by a certain date, please send us a message at hello@theseriesny.com and we'll see what we can do :)
We ship all orders via First-Class USPS for a flat rate of $10, with the option of paying more for Priority Mail. Transit times for First-Class packages depend on the distance the package travels from NY. Tracking information will be included with every order.
Orders $200 and up ship free to any US address.
We ship all international orders via First-Class International mail. We are not responsible for covering any customs fees, nor can we help you locate a package once it has left the US.
PLEASE NOTE: First-Class shipping labels to international addresses are not insured. If you prefer your package to be insured, please select the "Priority Shipping" option at checkout.
Unused / unworn items may be returned for a full refund as long as the return is initiated within 10 business days of the original delivery date. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. All made-to-order pieces and sale items are final sale. We do not offer refunds on digital pattern purchases.
Please pack your item(s) carefully and ship them back to the return address on your package. We will issue a full refund for any item returned to us in its original unworn condition, with any tags still attached, as long as the return is postmarked within 10 business days of the original delivery. Refunds back to the original form of payment will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the item(s).
