Shipping policy

SHIP TIMES
We do our best to ship all items within 7 business days of your order being placed. That being said, we are a tiny team and occasionally longer ship times happen, so please be patient with us! Ship times for made to order / pre-order pieces will be noted in individual product descriptions. If you need an item by a certain date, please send us a message at hello@theseriesny.com and we'll see what we can do :)

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship all orders via First-Class USPS for a flat rate of $10, with the option of paying more for Priority Mail. Transit times for First-Class packages depend on the distance the package travels from NY. Tracking information will be included with every order. Orders $200 and up ship free to any US address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship all international orders via First-Class International mail. We are not responsible for covering any customs fees, nor can we help you locate a package once it has left the US.
 
PLEASE NOTE: First-Class shipping labels to international addresses are not insured. If you prefer your package to be insured, please select the "Priority Shipping" option at checkout.
